They needed to stem declining sales and find new ways to build customer retention while gaining the trust of a sceptical and suspicious independent consultant network. The support office methods were very labour intensive and there was no visual strategy for their communication pieces. One of the problem areas identified was that while their customers loved the product they were deterred from contacting their consultant as they felt pressure to host a sales party.
To create an on-line solution which
- allowed consultants to place and pay for their orders at a time convenient to them
- enable their customers to purchase directly from the site without the loss of their commission
- the site was also open to new customers who could be introduced to consultants if they wished
- build awareness of the brand through SEO, Social Media, Email campaigns, Advertising and Consumer Shows
- Created a presence on Amazon and Ebay to boost audience awareness
We also created brand guidelines and a visual identity. A range of sales and information collateral was designed to ensure that presentations looked professional and lived up to the quality of the product.
